Terms and Conditions


In addition to our duties under The Sale of Goods Act we are required by law to publish accessible ‘Terms and Conditions’ on our website.

Azpack Ltd wholly owns the website ‘www.pumpsandspares.com’.

The general terms and conditions of sale detailed below govern the contractual relationship between the customer (you) and Azpack Ltd (us or we). These general conditions of sale are the only conditions that are applicable. We maintain that by placing your order you unreservedly accept our general conditions of sale. These Terms and Conditions of Sale are important to you and to Azpack Ltd as they are designed to protect your rights as a valued customer and to protect our rights as a business and to create an understanding between us.

Your Order

You can place your order online and pay directly through our SECURE server on this website using an acceptable credit or debit card.

Orders can also be placed and payment made by credit or debit card via our sales office on 01509 261256, the sales lines are open Monday to Thursday 08.00 to 16.00 hrs and Friday 08.00 to 12.00 hrs. If you do not have a credit or debit card, payment is accepted by cheque or postal order.  Please speak to our Sales Office for details.  An answering service is available outside these times, please leave a contact telephone number and our sales staff will call you back.


You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days from the day on which you receive the goods without giving any reason.

If you wish to cancel after the goods have been despatched, you must inform us at the address above of your decision to cancel by a letter or by e-mail. We will give you a Returns Reference Number which will need to be quoted on the outside of your returned parcel. The goods must be in saleable condition, be in their original packaging and be accompanied by a copy of the relevant invoice.

If you cancel the order, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose next day delivery.

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. That is handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you the goods, or evidence that you have returned them.

We will make the reimbursement using the card you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us at the above address, within 14 days from the day on which you cancel the order. Please include the Returns Reference Number.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Where appropriate we can arrange for a carrier to collect the goods and we will let you know how much this will cost.


If you receive an item damaged in transit you must advise our sales office by midday of the next working day.


Please do not return any items to Azpack ltd without contacting us first on 01509 261256 to obtain our agreement and for us to give you a Returns Reference Number.

Where we have made an error in sending the wrong goods then we will be responsible for reimbursing return postal charges to you or we will arrange for our carrier to collect the goods from you. The goods must be in saleable condition, be in their original packaging and be accompanied by a copy of the relevant invoice. We also undertake to send the correct goods to you as soon as possible.

Sometimes it is worthwhile to order a spare part in the hope that this will revitalise an otherwise unusable pump. In general we are willing to accept these parts back for credit and resale (subject to the conditions above) as long as we can offset the cost against a new pump that you purchase from us. In most instances we can tell you the modern equivalent of your old pump.

Return of Pumps and Filtration Systems

We will only consider the return of products supplied directly by Azpack Limited. PLEASE DO NOT return pumps and/or filtration systems to us at Azpack Limited unless specifically agreed (see Returns above). If you are sending the pump/system under a Warranty claim then you must send your proof of purchase receipt along with the goods.


The warranty for your item will be for a period of 1 – 5 years and this will be clearly stated with the product. The manufacturer will repair or replace your product in the event of defective material or workmanship. Note that ‘wear and tear’ items such as rotors, bearings and o-rings are NOT generally covered by this warranty. Failure to maintain the pump in accordance with the manufacturer instructions will invalidate the warranty.


All prices displayed on our site are inclusive of VAT at the current rate exclusive of delivery costs. All our prices are given in British Pounds. We reserve the right to alter prices as necessary.

Product Information

We make every effort to provide accurate photographs, descriptions, diagrams and information on all products but if there are any errors in them we may in no way be held liable for this. We cannot be held responsible for the accuracy of the information contained within specification sheets, product descriptions and instruction manuals provided by our suppliers particularly when any technical or physical alterations are made to the product on the initiative of our suppliers.

Product Availability

Many popular items listed on the website are available from stock.  Where an item you have ordered is not available we will contact you on the next working day.  You will have the option of cancelling the item from your order or waiting for it to become available.

Where we know that an item will not be available for some time we will add a note to the site to say when it is expected.  The absence of such a note does not guarantee that an item is in stock.  For these items, rather than placing an order online and being charged for it, you can contact our Sales Office to reserve one.  In this instance no charge will be made to your card until your order is despatched.

Many of our products are small enough to be posted to you and where this is appropriate we mail them.

The larger items that we consider are too bulky or heavy to be sent by Parcel post will be sent by our carrier and this is ‘free’ for mainland England, Wales and the Scottish lowlands when the order is over £40. Some of the largest items may have to travel on a pallet but you will be able to remove the shrink-wrap easily. Please note a signature will be required for the parcel, but you can request for delivery to home, a neighbour or a work address etc. For orders over £40 where a carriage charge is payable (see table above) please note these charges are due to surcharge rates imposed by our carrier and have been subsidised by ourselves

We need your order by 12 noon to arrange for next day carrier deliveries. No despatches are made on a Friday. A confirmation email will be sent to advise your order has been despatched and for all orders over £40 an email will be sent to enable you to track your order with Fedex Carriers online.

For ALL orders outside the UK please contact our sales office by email at [email protected] BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER, stating the item codes and quantities you require, and the delivery address.  We will then notify you by return as to whether we are able to handle your order and the appropriate delivery cost. Unfortunately we are unable to supply pumps or filters outside the UK as we cannot support the warranty.


Azpack Limited is a distribution company. We do not manufacture any of the products featured on our website and cannot therefore be held liable for direct, indirect or consequential loss, injury or damage to persons or property from any cause whatsoever arising from these products.


These conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England.
